I am a extremely upset customer due a furniture order I placed personally with your customer service department and it arrived incorrect and I had to refuse delivery. To add insult to injury, I was told by supervisor that the buy 2 reclinders and get one free was no longer available. I told her not in my lifetime and she said she could do nothing. Do you wonder why JC Penney is struggling, I dont. I expect and will appreciate a response from your level.
