I am a fan of Bestbuy and although this may never reach you, I spend thousands of dollars a year at Bestbuy for my small company I own. I'll make this short ans sweet. I am writing in regards to a purchase I made on 4/18/15 for the Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 Tablet. I have now had it in repair twice for power issues. The UPS truck dropped it off and in the same day I plugged it in and it wouldn't charge for the same reason I sent it in for repairs. Your company no longer carries this tablet because of numerous customer complaints. My only problem is that if it is returned yet again for the same issue Bestbuy's policy is to give me store credit. This is my money, how can Bestbuy dictate how I spend my money and not give me a full refund for the tablet? I need some official document stating that I am entitled to a full refund if this tablet comes back defected yet again. I appreciate anything you can do to alleviate this issue.
