I am a long standing customer of yours. Unfortunately I recenty went through a divorce and have learned I have done some things I should not of. One being to agree with my ex wife who pays what credit card debt. One of these accounts is my capital one account. I brought the account current once I found out missed payments. This has happened twice. I should of resolved this better the first time. Now that it has happened twice Im going to court. But these two 30 day late payments have prevented me from finally getting a mortgage after this divorce. I am sincerely asking if you could Good Faith these 2 payments. This will never occur again. I greatly appreciate your time as I know this cannot be a priority of a CEO but I don't know what else to do. Again, thank you and I hope to hear something back.
