I am a long time frequent customer of JC Penney. I tried to place an order, at least 10 times, online last night and take advantage of the Black Friday prices. For some reason my computer kept saying that the server wasnt responding and other times it said, I think the exact words were Bad Request. I just couldnt get it to place my order. This morning I went on the computer and the special prices had ended to I called the order line and explained to them the situation I was in and if they could possible give me the Black Friday price and she said not and that its over. I asked to talk to a supervisor to see if she could kindly do it for me and was left of home for about 7 minutes. She told me she was having a hard time getting the supervisor and I waited for about another 5 mintutes. She then took my number and said a supervisor would call me back. The supervisor never did. I just tried to call again and the recording said it was a 46 minute wait to speak so someone. That is absurd. I went back to my order tonight and there was a new outdated promotion on the order page that said 30 % off and the date on it is July 2nd and the code does not work.
