Angela sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I am a long time user of PayPal. I receive mt paychecks through PayPal. It is high time you address the scandalous practice of holding funds by converting instant payments into eChecks...then lying about it saying the sender did this. My paychecks have been withheld and I am piping mad about this. SO much so until I will not rest until this stops. I am broke because of this while PayPal collects interest ob my funds. If you care anything about this you will address the people who put money in your pocket!!
