I am a loyal NIKE customer, routinely purchasing NIKE running shoes for as long as I have been a runner. The products routinely last for several years, only replaced because of wear patterns. I bought a pair (top of the line) about a year ago and they are falling apart. As a professor of marketing, I am curious as to your response, since I will share it with my students. Have you had similar complaints from loyal customers? How have you handled them? I have pictures which I will upload if you provide an address for me to attach.
