I am a new customer of Spectrum. I know this is below your pay grade, but as a good CEO you will get it to the right person. I signed up for the package This is the worst company I have EVER done business with. I spent 10 hours on the phone getting the service. He told me to be sure and print our our agreement (now I know why). Ive been called a lair, sent a notice that my service was going to be cut off in 2 days for LATE payment,, and I had NEVER even received a bill!! The amount I was quoted (and showed on the internet) didnt match the bill they sent. I only ordered 2 boxes, but the installer said I had to take the third or start all over again. When I called to complain the person said I was being charged for HBO etc I told her I had it for 3 months free - she called me a liar and said they dont dont do that (I have it on my order it is included) There is trauma every month when I see the bill. I want that bill to be what I signed up for. Is
