I bought ps4 at your store in howell nj. I bought it used because I didn't have much money and I wanted some games too.
well the game system that I was sold shut down and stopped working. I brought it back to the store where I was told the serial numbers on the box and system did not match. when I said it was not my fault that's what I was sold, they proceeded to yell at me blaming there choosing to lie to me and sell me that thing, on me. well I yelled back and walked out of there EXTREMELY ANGRY.
I TAKE CARE OF MY SEVERELY ILL MOTHER, I CANNOT WORK SO ALL THE MONEY I SPENT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR ME TO SAVE, I HAVE SEVERE BRAIN DAMAGE AND FELT USED AND MENTALLY ASSAULTED. IT HURT MY HEAD FOR DAYS.
