I am a physically disabled 72 year old senior citizen following a brain hemorrhagic stroke that requires wheel chair assistance and I flew on Southwest Airlines on Thursday November 10 from Atlanta to Houston. Upon arrival I requested wheel chair assistance lady to drop me for curbside pick up where my daughter was to pick me up. I was dropped on departure level where as my daughter in the car with a toddler child kept waiting for me at the arrivals level. Since I was not familiar with the different levels for departure and arrival, I was dependent on your wheel chair assistance lady to take me to proper pick up level. This caused considerable confusion and delay which my my physical condition is demanding and tiresome. After considerable delay and confusion, we figured out the problem.
