I am a PNC Customer 18 mos I set up my rent payment to be paid 03-24-16 for first time to Karma Webber ($600) . Today I spoke to Melanie Gibb who advised me TWO pymts were set up online. When I asked who did it she transfd me to ONLINE Bankg:I was disconnected 10 AM. I called Teran Gainer who said SOMEONEset up a SECOND payment on Apr 2nd to be paid Apr 6th! It was NOT ME! Now my account is over $600 overdrawn and PNC refuses to correct THEIR mistake! When I asked for a Supvr, I was AGAIN disconnected! Teran stated BOTHchecks were cashed! The last one YESTERDAY! How could that be when the FUNDS weren't even in the account. I ALWAYS pay at the END of the month when Soc Sec pays ME! Call ASAP CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT ASAP!
