I am a Registered Dietitian who has worked in Clinical settings, Public Health settings, government positions and, most important to you, the Food Service management setting. I would like to find out about how to become a mystery shopper or reviewer for your organization. I found a few errors while scanning the YUM brands website. I also have the expertise to know the high standards and need for food safety, but also palatability and an overall good experience for customers. I would be happy to write reviews as needed or report on specific criteria that your company finds of greatest interest. I live in central Kentucky and frequent many of the companys restaurants already, so it would be a good partnership.
