I am a senior citizen and I did not have electricity on February 22[ con Edison discontinued ]. I did not have electricity on March 13, 14, and 15. I had to sit in dark for 2 nights, they put my life in danger, I could have fall down. I had to through out all my food.
Land lord said there was a problem with out side wire and con Edison was responsible.
I spoke with MS.Banks at executive office several times.She said she will do this and that,but she did not do any thing.She is useless.I spoke with MS.use today, she is worse than banks. I need a letter from con Edison regarding this issue.
