I am a very frustrated customer. I work at a school with a very limited – Edward Lampert email address

Aliza sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:

I am a very frustrated customer. I work at a school with a very limited budget and had to buy a coffee table for one of your senior staff member. I was so happy to find one on line at KMart which was marked down to $49.99 that I ordered it immediately. But, the wrong item was delivered. When I spoke to your customer service department, they said that I had to pay for the return shipping - that is just outright wrong! They made the mistake, not me!. However, I decided to keep the side table and again order the coffee table, but this time I would pick it up at the store (25 miles out of my way - one way). Again, the wrong item was delivered to KMart in Acton! At the store a wonderful employee, Maria, assisted me and told me that both items have the same item and model #. I also noted that the price has now gone up to $69.99. I would still like to buy the coffee table (seeing that it will now match the side table), but don't know how to do this without getting the wrong item.
Can you PLEASE help?
