Myra sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I am a very upset customer and have to call Centurylink each month to fight about my bill. I am promised over and over discounts and then when the bill comes the person that promised me did not implement them. So I end up spending hours on the phone telling the same story over and over to the representatives. They pass me on to someone else and then I am promised things will be corrected and they are not. I have been a big fan of CenturyLink since I left Comcast a few years ago. The reason I left Comcast is this very reason I was sick of spending my time and effort to fight for my bill to be right and for them to honor their word. I have sent you a lot of business over the years and at this point I will no longer do that. I am disappointed that a company that started out so good has turned out to be exactly like all the others.
