I am absolutely disgusted by the poor customer service that I received at store, Miami – Doug McMillon email address

Mrs. Mc**** sent a message to Doug McMillon President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Stores, Inc.€“ Email Address that said:

I am absolutely disgusted by the poor customer service that I received at store, Miami Gardens, Fl. On 12/17/2015 I brought my aunt to the Vision Center to get her eyes tested and to get fitted for glasses. The sales representative, Gemima C. reassured us that the order would be in on 12/29/2015 because my aunt was going back to NY on the 01/01/2016. On the 29th we went into the store to pick up her glasses and they weren't there. The associate named Pablo was very lost and confused. He told us that the frames were out of stock. If the frames were out of stock, proper business management would have it so that the customer would get a phone call to notify them of the delay. Pablo said that he would email the glasses company and get our order expedited so that she would get her glasses before her departure. Our order was NEVER expedited. He never followed through. When I called he said that since there is no Walmart located near my aunt, I could come in and pick up her glasses and then ship them to her. That notion is absolutely absurd because 1.) Her glasses need to sit on her face and get checked to see if the bifocal lenses line up properly 2.) This is her first time wearing bifocal lenses and an expert has to walk her through the process 3.) Why should I have to pay for shipping when it was a Walmart error? I have called corporate twice so far. Corporate has called and emailed the Vision Center. The manager, Eduardo received a time sensitive email from corporate and he NEVER called me back. I could've taken my business to anywhere else and gotten better service. My aunt had to pay $100 to rebook her flight because of this. So, not only did we pay $419.00 for glass but now we also incurred this $100 fee. When I called back and spoke to Gemima C. she was very nonchalant about my situation and brushed me off. I will never visit the Walmart Vision Center again, especially at this location. I will never recommend anyone to get glasses at Walmart. The service is shameful and egregious. By the way, we are still waiting on these glasses.
