I am an employee of yours and was hired by Seabee and I was working approx 32 hours a week. I was acknowledge for my good work ethics and enjoyed coming to work and was eager to perform above my expectations and grow with the company. The public could see my desire to make them happy because I was happy. I had regular customers come in and greet me by name and the team and I work together. Then Manuel took over and my hours drastically dropped, he made the entire team know that he did not like me, and found things wrong and automatically would blame me. My happy work place became a hostile environment that I dreaded to come to, my workplace hostel. The other employees even noticed. I requested a meeting regarding this matter and there was a meeting that consisted of manual, Pat and I. The topic was to discuss my hours and why the schedule has changed now that there was a new manager and Manual has stepped in. During the meeting Manual stated and I quote. “You’re only going in for three hours a day to clean not to help inside or do anything inside the store" I felt as if I was being punished and was demoted and new I did nothing wrong so felt less then. That I had no voice and was just a peon. I was not heard or believed and I didn't know where or who to go with this problem. So I decided to reach out like this. I want to work for your company and grow. After graduating from High School I researched many establishments and was driven to Taco Bell because of the story behind Glen Bell and his desire to make something of himself at the age of 23 years. The mission "We take pride in making the best Mexican style fast food providing fast, friendly, accurate service. We are the employer of choice offering team members’ opportunities for growth, advancement, rewarding careers in a fun, safe working environment. We are accountable for profitability in everything we do, providing our shareholders with value growth.” is what sold me. Being in ROP throughout my sophomore and senior year I was aware of opportunities available to me and I chose your company to grow in. Statement I picked Taco Bell because I was inspired by Glen Bell and I don't want one employee to defer me from the once goal, happiness and desire to advance stop me. SO I AM ASKING FOR SOME HELP Your dedicated employee Valerie
