Ricardo sent a message to Evan G. Greenberg – Chairman, President, and CEO, ACE Limited – Email Address that said:
I am begging your help since the ACE insurance company in Mexico has not paid three check for a checkup reimbursement
I have tried to escalate this since 1 month ago, ACE issued a checks but with errors in the last name and reason why I have not received my checks.
It is hard to believe this is happening. Nobody is answering my emails..
There is a lack of customer support professionalisms.
I have due payments and I need those checks... I also told them that if I do not received my check, I would be charging the interest of what my bank is charging me.
I have sent around 3 or 5 emails without any resolution. as a matter of fact, I have not even received a mail from more than 10 persons that works for your company acknowledging they have received my emails .
