Jared sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. email address that said:
I am being charged an early termination fee of $200 even though my 12 month contract ended. Centurylink employees are denying to give me a copy of my 24 month contract that supposedly I agreed to. I am just looking to get this fee waived. My wife is about to give birth and I cannot afford such a high fee. We moved to an area where CenturyLink isnt offered. I hope to get this resolved soon.
