I am completely frustrated at the way the bank is dealing with our complaint and problem. I have tried and tried to get the£10000 that the bank sent to the wrong account in Israel back. They are refusing to give it back or forward it to the correct account. I am totally and utterly worn out from the appalling customer service and string of broken promises. PLEASE sort this out immediately.
