I am confused as to how a major corporation such as wal-mart that professes to help the community and do go can cause damage to someone that makes minimum wages property and not only claim no negligence but refuse to fix the problem. My daughter cannot work because of a sick baby and her fiance just graduated college. they had their car serviced at 1544 on april 22 the tire fell off on the highway on march 10th. i was told by more than 1 employee that they do not use torque sticks on a regular basis, when i was employed in tle it was mandatory. now they are not at fault and the ins. company refuses to call her back. She stays at home all day with no vehicle and an epileptic baby. we are scrambling to keep up with dr appointments and him working. Please explain to me how a tire flies off the car with lugs that are snapped from being over torqued isnt your fault. I have taken to social media and had more than 150 shares so far and have gotten alot of agreement that maybe walmart needs to fix her car. I certainly hope you can help us figure out this situation.
