Erin Steward sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks - Email Address that said:

I am contacting due to the horrible experience and treatment I have had as a former customer of this company. I have completed all of the forms, spoken to all sorts of reps and been given the run around since this was brought to my attention back on 6/8/17. I am completely disheartened to know that a charge over the amount of 2400.00 was purchased at a Publix branch but I was never notified of the transaction either. I need this matter resolved and corrected and do not know what else to do. I have waited and waited, dealt with many reps that are not very concerned about me being the victim, as well as stressing out behind knowing this was done against me personally without proper investigation. I need to know what other options I have in regards to clearing my name and making sure this does not happen again. The investigator or so she called herself informed that she was going to look at footage to determine and I have not heard back from her but I was mailed a letter informing that the rebuttal letter that was received along with all of my information proving I never made those transactions only telling me that there would be no reversal on the claim? How does that work when I submitted a timeline along with the time clock from my employer proving that I was not near the location where the transactions happened? I need answers and my last hope was to get in touch with the corporate office to see if anything can be done.
