I am contacting you about an order I placed with Cheryl and Co for a Christmas delivery placed on 12/5/17 I received a confirmation and my card was charged . i have tried repeatedly to call the customer service number and emailed them as well- no response and a 30 min wait time on the phone. Tonight I tried again and was told my order was held up by Fed Ex and no one knew when it would be delivered. After repeated request to speak to a supervisor I found my order was delivered yesterday. I received no delivery confirmation and obviously the first agent never checked my order. I have ordered from this company for many years as well as 1 800 Flowers. I also grew up in South Ozone Park as you did and I lived on 111Ave across the street from your Grandmother. Just thought you should be aware of these issues.
