I am contacting you as I have talked to the people at the 888 get charter number and they were suppose to have some one in management call me about a month ago. I do not feel that your service is worth the 25 dollars a month increase that was recently passed on to me. We have been with Charter/Spectrum since about 1988 when we moved into this home. If someone can not contact me and we can come to a resolution to this issue then I guess retention of your long term customers is not something you are interested in doing. I guess that you only want the new customers that you need to come with constantly. Hopefully you will pass this email to the appropriate person so that we can get this issue resolved and be retained otherwise I guess I will need to seek other forms of communications such as ATT. Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing for someone very soon.
