I am contacting you in regards to an order was not fulfilled. Our company is Trustworthy House Cleaning. We are located in Austin, Tx. This shipment did not arrive and HD supply wanted to charge my card again for the shipment. I think a reasonable solution would be to ship my cleaning supplies. . We purchase $5000- $8000 of cleaning supplies yearly. I spoken with Rafeal with Ext66725, he could not facilitate the shipping of our supplies or come with a reasonable solution. So there is a logistic problem with your Austin location. I believe an audit in quality control would be appropriate. I look forward to the resolution of our order and of the opinion that this order should be compensated completely if we are to do business with you again. Cordially, Tadd
