Hema sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:
I am deeply disturbed by the recent events on South West Airlines. I fly this airline twice a week and am seriously considering boycotting. These actions were blatantly racist. Your apology letter was even worse. You made excuses, saying the other passenger also spoke Arabic. There is NOT A SINGLE PERSON who speaks arabic that would identify "Inshallah" as threatening. It is the most peaceful world in the entire language. This airline needs to lot more than a BOGUS apology to secure its future. You should be ashamed of yourself. If I don't get a response I will be taking my 30,000 a year of business elsewhere.
