Mr Adams sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
I am deeply disturbed that you employ staff who do not report accidents on your flights, as stated previously the head steward stated that a similar incident had happened that day . my wife and I are not liars, the male steward took notes on a napkin with all our details. why your staff did not record this is Ryanair’s problem not mine, unfortunately if I could get the name of the gentleman who owned the laptop and was sitting in the middle seat opposite i would contact him in order to verify our statement.Once again I will state, we are not liars and it seems you employ staff whole to protect themselves and/or Ryanair. I am hoping that you will look further into this and I am sure that if Ryanair contacted the passengers opposite us ,they would verify my story.
