i am discussed to know that i won my case with ppi – Michael Corbat email address

Mrs Dinnall sent a message to Michael L. Corbat CEO, Citigroup Inc. that said:
i am discussed to know that i won my case with ppi with your company and they refuse to pay me out even thou i have sent them prove of who i am by sending a copy of my old paasport and new passport. when i took the card out they did not ask me for these paper work now the fact that i won my case they don't want to pay me. I am now looking get the ombadsman on the case or take this matter to court and put the court charges on citi and other charge for the long period of time that they have wasted my time and the stress they have put me through. Citi in Worthing knows they are wrong. I am asking you to help to put things right.
