I am distressed to learn that you bank in NYC is not paying me the 125.00 bonus I was to receive for opening a checking acct. I religiously followed the rules. I made 3 deposits via bank transfer (TD bank) of 500.00 or more, I did 5 bill pays and waited for the 125 bonus. I never got it. After calling today and being placed on hold for 20 minutes finally a rep told me the 3 500 deposits were to be direct deposits. No where in the 125.00 offer does it mention direct deposits. It just states 3 500.00 deposits (transfers) to be made. I am very upset that your bank is renegging on this offer. My neighbor did the exact same bonus and also used TD bank for the 3 transfers. Please let me know as I am very distresses. Thanks for your valuable time.
