Sorry to disturb you again.
I am Dr.Satapathy . Recently I have taken the paid service of Sulekha.com under HOMEOPATHY DOCTORS HOMEOPATHY HEALTH CENTERS categories. But when I searches different diseases of homeopathy treatment in google my listing is not showing for many keywords. So I contacted to the customer support of sulekha. I told my problems to the person, but instead of solving my problem he argued to put his things right without listening me. Sorry to say it really unfortunate when the customer support does not support the customer and argues without any reasons. When i asked why my site is not coming after putting the keywords whereas the free listings are coming, in the answer he is saying it is not shown in his PC. Is it possible a specific keyword with a sentence if searched any where in India will come in some areas and does not come in other area? He is just keeping on argument that not finding the keywords listing there. It is told me to send the screen shot then after 24 hours it will be taken in action. Why he is telling lie and escaping from solving my issues. being a customer support he is asking me how i came to know those are free listed? Does he not aware what are the difference between a free listing and featured listing? Sorry sir this types of thing really degrade the impression of the company because of the stupidity answer of the front desk support team who directly deal with the customer. I am a doctor in profession and need my site should come in first rank and for that reason i listed on featured list. In bhubaneswar specially in homeopathy i am the only one featured list.
With a great hope i have written this mail to you hope you will understand my concern resolve my issue asap.
