I am emailing you in regards of a purchase I made online. I bought a pair of leggings for my son who had to return them only to find out the store would only issue a store credit and not credit my charge card. My son mailed them back UPS and to this day I have not received a credit on my card. They were received at your location on May 10th. I was told it takes 30 days for a credit! I have called numerous times only to be told the UPS tracking number was never recorded meaning the item was never returned. All I can say, your policies STINK! Ive never had to take a store credit and never had to wait 30 days for a credit on my card, I do a lot of online shopping. You are the worst I have ever encountered online. You call this CUSTOMER SERVICE? PROVE ME WRONG!
