mike sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:

I am emailing you regarding how unhappy with the new ford car I bought and the people I have spoke to about it. People at corporate could care less about my concerns or problems, it was like talking to a machine. They said what they had to say and didn't care about my problems/concerns .Now my car has been in shop three times and I was told maybe this time it will work and if not they will try again. Customer service at corporate is worthless at handling problems/concerns. Thank you for your time, I hope nobody ever has to deal with this.
