Lisa sent a message to Christopher J. Nassetta President and Chief Executive Officer of Hilton Worldwide Email Address that said:
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received trying to resolve an issue I have using our Diamond points. The customer service rep for Hilton Rewards did not put our points through and instead we were charged for the room. Now when I call to say the points didn't go through they just said "sorry there is nothing we can do about it this has never happened before." I have documentation of placing the phone call but customer service said they cannot do anything about it. Seems strange to me that customer service would not take care of their Hilton Diamond members.
