I am extremely frustrated with the Gap order process. I ordered these items on 4/9/17 and never received them. I called and spoke to a representative (after two weeks of waiting
0 who got the order all wrong. Later I received an email that the order was cancelled. I called back and spoke to another representative who assured me I would receive my items on 4/26 or 4/27. Then I get another email that my order has been cancelled. I have never had this many problems with ordering from your store. I think it shows that your customer service representatives are not trained on how to accurately fulfill a customer request and that is scary to me as a customer. I did not request my order be cancelled and dont understand why it has been or why I am having this many problems receiving merchandise. I would hope that after all this trouble I would receive my order and be compensated with a gift card of some sort for all the trouble I have been put through when I have been a loyal customer to the Gap/Banana and Old Navy for years.
