I am from Guyana in South America. In February I purchased over US$100.00 in Ambrielle Lingerie at JC Penny in Green Acres Mall in NY. I purchased Ambrielle products before and they were excellent quality. However my purchase in February turned out to be very poor quality. After just one washing the material of the panties and bra started, "balling." I was in NY last week and took back the products. I got an exchange for the unused items. But understandably, the store could not give me a refund for the used items. BUT I think there must be a way to address some form of compensation for sub-standard products. As it is I lost the use of about 8 panties and one bra.
