I am frustrated with the poor service I am experiencing you have not paid my AmEx auto payment for $4965 AmEx tell me payment was refused because you say account is closed, which it is not it is showing on line with $7500 balance. I am currently in the uk so I have sent 4 messages on your message system not had a reply. Can you please get some body to sort it out.
