I am gravely disturbed by your sale of Ugg boots and question the ethics of your supply chain. I have seen YouTube videos of sheep abuse for wool supply that is just sickening! I cannot believe that the Macy's I grew up with would market these products!
Are you aware of the severity of the abuse these gentle creatures endure?
If you care about this issue, what is your plan to pressure your vendors?
If you do not care, why not?
