I am having a issue with your customer service department,I have bought 7 mattresses – Stephen Gunn email address

RIC sent a message to Stephen K. Gunn Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Sleep Country Canada that said:

I am having a issue with your customer service department,I have bought 7 mattresses from your company The latest one 3 weeks ago and now when I request some assistance I get only lip service.This is the situation my mattress is creaks and growns extremely badly , I had representative come out ,he stated that there was a sweat stain but maybe the company can help me ,I called the customer service I sent pictures the stain is very minor,Myra said they can not help and that is why it squeaks,I do not by this comment I feel that if it may not be100 percent refunded or replaced put the stain is in one corner not all over,I can send you pictures. I feel I should get some compensation to wards another mattress I bought them in Vernon BC , I hope to get prompt response or I will be going on social media and telling everyone how Sleep country s guarantee is bunch of CRAP. Thank You Rick
