I am having a problem with my recycle being picked up on the day that it is supposed to be picked up. My trash and recycle is supposed to be picked up on Thursday of each week. I have had no problem with my trash being picked up but it is with my recycle. I have called on numerous occasions and the service rep was always polite and apologetic. Today I spoke with Brittany and asked to speak with a supervisor because I was upset. She said that her supervisor was unavailable. I left a call back number. She contacted the driver and he said there was no recycle can out on Monday only trash. I asked her to email me the picture he said he took. I have not received the email yet but the driver was either at the wrong place or mistook the recycle for garbage. The problem is though that my recycle is not being picked up on the day that it is supposed to be picked up. I pay on a quarterly basis and the monies are deducted from checking account. I believe that my service should be exceptional which here lately it has not been. Thank you.
