I am having an issue with an online order I placed. I am not receiving help from your Customer Service department and they refuse to cancel the order/refund my money. The order was supposed to ship on Monday, its Friday and it still hasnt shipped. The customer service rep told me the only thing I can do is give you more time. I do not want to do that; I want to cancel my order. This has been beyond a terrible experience. Can you please have someone reach out to me at the Corporate level and not at the Customer Service phone rep level (no disrespect meant to them).
