I am having problems getting my Kenmore Elite refrigerator repaired under a Sears Protection Agreement. The "beast" has been non-functional since August, and the repairman is supposed to be here today; however, I have heard nothing yet. Due to the fact that they repair appointments have been cancelled several times to date, I have no faith that the repairs will be completed once again.
The Beast is less than 2 years old, and I have been told that for these refrigerators, which are made by LG with the Kenmore name slapped onto them, my problems are not unusual. Neither is my frustration with your "customer solutions" department, that has given me nothing but excuses.
We have been loyal Sears customers for a long time. However, this nightmare may not only end that relationship but result in a lawsuit.
