I am looking to speak with April from the Presidents office of Fifth Third. She called me this morning at 9:14am eastern standard time and told me she would be connecting with the loan officer working on a real estate closing for Dr. Gonzalez here in Orlando, FL. Since I spoke with April this morning, communication with the loan officer has gone dark again. We need to know whether or not the CD will be sent to the buyer today in order to know how long we need to extend the closing (per TRID laws). I am sorry I have to ask this again however we truly feel our back is against the wall. Thank you. Tony
