I am mailing you some of the information as to your companies lack of consideration. First, legitimate claims from 2014 and 2015 were not paid. I began requesting disenrollment as medications were much higher and I wanted to return to Medicare in Feb of 2016. They have sent letters requesting things that have been provided. stopped payment of my policy in Feb. Thus, disenrolling me would seem prudent.
