Hello, I live in WA state near chehalis on Leudinghaus rd and have been suffering a permanent bandwidth exhaust in my area for 10 years now and its got much worse over the years. I pay 55$ a month for 1.5mbs and 19 hours a day i get 0.50 to 0.10mbs which is insanely slow, cant even load centurylink home page anymore. I have kept checking in with centurylink techs over the years and all they can say is nothing can be done permanent means permanent, centurylink is also the only provider out here so i depend on it. I would pay 100$ a month if the exhaust was gone or an upgrade came along and i know all the other people on this road would as well. Hope upgrade date can soon be officially set someday soon and permanent exhaust lifted.Thanks
