I am not a customer of Windstream but someone in the house I am now living in was as there are lines down from the pole to our house. I am renting by the way. I contacted Windstream customer service last week and someone was to be here to remove these lines yesterday. No one showed up. These lines are laying on the ground. Not sure if they are live but someone could walk into them in the dark and get seriously injured. Please help me with this issue. Thank you!
