Jeff sent a message to Gary C. Kelly Chairman, President, and CEO, Southwest Airlines Co. – email address that said:
I am not happy about Southwest Airlines disrespecting my personal views. Next time you should consider staying away from political issues. If SWA pulls any future stunts like changing cabin light color without taking into account the other half of Americans that fly your airline, it will end my relationship with Southwest.
You owe it to your loyal passengers by issuing a press release and apologizing.
