I am not sure what is up with your online ordering, but it is absolutely horrendous. And when I called the customer service number for assistance, it said it is closed. It is 10:30 in the morning, eastern time.
Suggestions: 1. fix the order experience. 2. Fix the menu for your customer service number. 3> if your customer service is NOT open for some reason in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, perhaps a message that says when it will be open would help.
Gave up on the order. All I needed to do was reset a password. We ordered a large item last week, and I forgot to use that password, so it immediately locked up. Online reset swam around in circles so I tried it on my phone, and it did it again. Still locked up. It sent me to your customer service, which isn't open, apparently. In the middle of the day, in the middle of the week.
Don't you ever put in the wrong password?
