I am now on the phone literally screaming at your support staff of Office 365. On Thursday, October 13, I tried to share photos on OneDrive and had to renew a recently expired subscription. I have been on the phone or on a chat with MS for over 6 hours in the past 48 hours and I have been given the run around several times, being told that someone would call me first at 2:00 PM the next day, then 11:00 AM the following day (today), then 2:00 PM later that day, only to have to call them as no one followed up as they said they would. I have been waiting around near my computer for the calls. The customer service is beyond terrible. As a resident of Bellevue, WA, I'm shocked at the dysfunction of this as the "customer service" even told me that my return call was documented as being scheduled for 2 AM? This is the face of your company being represented.
