pearl saunders sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. email address that said:

I am one of your customers. I was without internet service since June 2017 because your internet box is dormant. A new one was to be installed at my residence today between 8 am and 9am, on 11/17/17 as was told to be me by Jay, one of your Internet technicians. I received an email from your company that indicated the time frame for the installation will be 8am to 11:59am. on 11/17/17. That time has passed. After several calls to customer service, I was finally told that the technician will arrive after 2p.m. on 11/17/17. I had to pay someone for an entire day because I couldnt be at my residence today. What happens if 2p.m. passes today and he does not show up? How will I receive internet service? How will my security system be back on line without the internet? Who will pay for someone to be at my home because I am thousands of miles away from my residence? A response is appreciated.
