I am pretty upset having gone through extremely bad experience with your online to pick up in store option. I placed an order online on 5/13. I got an email on 5/14 saying the order is cancelled. It is shame that you didn't know your inventory better or give me a better option to make it up to me. What followed after is even worse. Customer service was polite but your process to refund is pretty screwed up. I will have to wait couple of days to a week to get my money back on my gift card.
Also I noticed the bikes that I ordered online are available in all the stores around my house but they wouldn't show up as available for pick up in store option.
You have serious issues to fix before you call yourself OMNI channel retailer. Put customer first and address their issues now and not a week from now.
