I am reaching the point of despair with your Company and hope you can help – Michael OLeary email address

BREWER sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

I am reaching the point of despair with your Company and hope you can help.
I had to cancel a return flight for myself and my wife from Stasted to Mercia on the 19th June because of a death in the family.
Your Company kindly agreed to refund the fare for one person and now insists ithas been paid to my account. I paid for the tickets with a VISA Deblt Card, I have proof from my bank but your Company insists it has paid the sum of £115.98 into a MasterCard which I do not recognise. Despite writing to your Company on four occasions I cannot seem to get any sense from anyone - Can you help?
The money is now incidencial - it's the principle that counts.Don't you agree.

I look forward to hearing from you, please call
